Daddy was not a rolling stone. He played six first class games, all from Saurashtra. He was an occasional wicketkeeper and his date of birth’s unknown to both BCC! and cricinfo. That’s the obscure Arvind Pujara, father of Cheteshwar Pujara.
Sonny’s not a rolling stone. He’s played 34 first class games, all from Saurashtra. And all the triple tons in the world can’t wash his sins:
He’s from Saurashtra. He hasn’t scored four hundred yet. Yuvraj is prettier than him. Dravid is meeker than him. Badrinath and Vijay stood in the queue before him. He’s born under a bad sign. He did not provide proof of scores in triplicate.
Uncle was not a rolling stone. He played thirty six first class games, all from Saurashtra. He was a wicketkeeper and his date of birth’s October 7. That’s the obscure Bipin Pujara, uncle of Cheteshwar Pujara.
Saurashtra is my birthright

saurashtra (read 100 nations) was not enough for him to get selected for a national team...
he has done everything to command a selection but i guess the selection meeting was forgone conclusion...they were there to just stamp it...
Pujara can surely consider himself unlucky but I could not support Badri's exclusion either. You can't make him warm the bench before sacking. For Yuvi...well, fingers crossed.
sp, catch is, he's gonna be judged by his high fc standards, and anything less than a big 100 will be considered outta form. missing out on an in-form player here.
som, get a feeling badri is timepass for msd, selectors. got dropped in lanka, and will get dropped again, sharma's their man, like yuvi.
