came across this cricinfo blog and his suggestion on 'how to speed up over rates'
his suggestion is that a fielder should be taken off field for five overs for each over bowled short in an hour (the official rate is 15 overs/hr)
but we feel even that won't do...so our suggestion is...
why not they take off part of clothing of every player on field...for each over, bowled short in an hour...?
imagine whole oz team by the end of day...
this will serve two purpose as well...
- security guys won't have to worry about streakers...
- this will bring more crowd on grounds for test matches specially female fans...
