It will be said that skip Brendon McCullum came in way too late to win the game. I think four down was still a little early. Seeing his form and state of mind, he shouldn't have come in at all. For me the moment was when he walked in, without purpose, hope, form, pride or a clue in the world - he was as coachie gestured later, headless. This might be pushing it but even Agarkar could have been a better bet.
