dissecting india's loss...

the batsman at the crease is looking good for more and threatens to take you apart... as a seasoned bowler you take the long on off and give the next ball more flight... batsman thinks it is another off spinner, plays the ball exactly there but since it turns out to be a doosra he ends up beaten in flight and the ball goes straight to long off for a simple catch...

then you start thinking you have done the job and take pleasure in the fact that you have curtailed what could have been a fatal innings... but to your horror you see the long off fielder celebrating the catch even before he has taken it and before you know he drops a sitter...

i wonder whether india will be feeling like this bowler after yesterday's loss...
