Obviously everyone's moments will include one or the other, maybe all of Gayle's massive sixes. No exception here. But we need a few distinct moments outside of that breathtaking innings and I'm going to pick a similar strike by young David Warner. In a star studded line-up, the little beefy Aussie played the best innings and helped Australia move on from a disastrous start to reasonable position from where David Hussey cut loose. I choose Warner's meaty six that landed in the Tennis courts that got the commentary boxes buzzing... for it was nothing but an ominous sign and none picked what was about to follow.
