"Da" is usually used in TN, the alternative word used for that in Blore is "Maga".

RD is more comfortable with Tamil than Kannada.
Is it? I've heard him speaking in Kannada many a times. Speaks fluently. But then when 75% of Bangalore is filled with Tamilians, not a surprise if guys prefer Tamil over my mother tongue.
